How booths work
⛺ 10×10 Booth Space
One 10×10 space per booth. Vendors bring their own pop-up canopy, tables & displays.
💰 $40 for the Weekend
A single flat fee covers all three festival days. You may request up to two spaces.
🏕️ Camping Nearby
Dry (no hookup) camping is available on the festival grounds or at a space close by.
📝 Application ≠ Guaranteed Spot
Applications are reviewed case-by-case and you’ll be notified upon acceptance.
🧶 Fiber-Related Goods
Booths are for fiber, yarn, spinning & weaving supplies, tools, and handmade products.
🔧 You Run Your Booth
Vendors handle their own setup, sales, and any applicable sales tax. Full rules and policies are below.
General Rules & Policies
Only vendors offering fiber or farm-related products and services may apply, as booth spaces are limited. We encourage handmade goods and products.
🧺 Items we recommend
- Natural fibers made into roving, yarn, rolags, batts or other products made for spinning, weaving, felting, knitting, crocheting, or other creative ways to use these products.
- Natural raw fleeces and raw materials.
- Any tools to produce finished products.

Vendor Information
📄 Application & Payment
Submit a completed application. After your submission is reviewed you will be notified about its acceptance, and payment is required within seven days AFTER acceptance.
🧾 Idaho Seller Number Required
Vendors must have a valid Idaho seller number to participate and collect the 6% Idaho sales tax.
🚚 Bring Your Own Setup
Tables, pop-ups and electricity are NOT available. Vendors must provide their own.
🕓 Setup Times
Vendors may set up Thursday afternoon from 5–7pm, or Friday from 8–10am prior to the event.
🧹 Stay Through & Leave It Clean
Please do not tear down before the end of the event — if there is an emergency, contact any of the volunteers. Leave your space in the same condition you found it.
💵 Refunds & Cancellations
Withdraw three months or more before the event for a full refund. Cancel within one month for a 50% refund. Cancellations 30 days or fewer before the event are not eligible for reimbursement.
Vendor Liability Release
Every vendor must read and sign the liability release. Print it, complete it, and bring it with you to vendor check-in — or sign one when you arrive.
Vendor Booth Registration
$40 per 10×10 booth for the whole weekend. Submitting an application does not assure a spot — we’ll confirm by email. Applications are accepted until all booths are rented or March 1, 2027, whichever comes first.
